BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, AND 901, 929, AND 951 NE 2ND AVENUE,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO CONSTRUCT A 65-STORY MIXED USE
STRUCTURE TO BE COMPRISED OF 516 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL UNITS, APPROXIMATELY 83,579 SQUARE FEET OF
COMMERCIAL, OFFICE SPACE, AND RESTAURANT, AND 1,114 TOTAL
PARKING SPACES.
