NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, on
July 22, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of seeking approval of an Assignment
of a Non -Exclusive Franchise Agreement between the City of Miami and United
Environmental Services of South Florida to Choice Environmental Services of Miami,
Inc.
Please be advised that any agenda items not heard on July 22, 2004 may be continued to
July 29, 2004.

All members of the public are invited to attend. In accordance with the Americans with
