HomeMy WebLinkAboutpublic notice(City Seal) CITY OF MIAMI NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on July 8, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the acquisition of Fuelomat fuel collars and electronic components for the City of Miami General Services Administration, Fleet Management Division, from Automotive Computers and Equipment, Inc., a Non-Minority/Non-Local vendor, the sole source distributor of Fuelomat system fuel collars and electronic components for Rapac Network International, Inc., in Southern Florida, in a total amount not to exceed $240,000; Funds will be allocated from the Capital Improvement Project Number 311850.429401.6.840. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact Pam Burns, CPPB, City of Miami Department of Purchasing at (305) 416-1905.
