HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF GREATER MIAMI, INC., a Florida nbt-for-profit corporation,
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, having Its principal place of business In the
County of Miami -Dade, State of Florida, and whose address Is 9350 S. Dadeland Boulevard,
Suite 200, Miami, Florida 33156, party of the first part, and the CITY OF MIAMI, a Florida
Municipal Corporation, P. 0. Box 330708, Coconut Grove Station, Miami, 33233-0708, of the
County of Miami -Dade, in the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.001 and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, Its successors and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, Tying and being in the County of
Miami -Dade and State of Florida, to wit:
see attached EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

EXHIBIT "A"
Those portions of Lot 1, Block 25, WADELL'S ADDITION TO TOWN OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book B, page 53, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
The East 12.5 feet of said Lot 1;
and
That part of said Lot 1 lying West of the City of Miami, Florida, base building line along the
East side of NW 2 Avenue, said base building line being 15 feet East of and parallel with
the centerline of NW 2 Avenue and also being 9.31 feet East of the Southwest corner and
9.42 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 as measured along the South line and
North line of said Lot 1 respectively;
and
The external area of a circular curve lying within said Lot 1, being concave to the
Southeast and having a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 89° 14' 00", an arc distance
of 38.94 feet and tangents which are 25.00 feet South of and parallel with the centerline
of NW 19 Street and 15.00 feet East of and parallel with the centerline of NW 2 Avenue;

The external area of a circular curve Tying within said Lot 1, being concave to the
