second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, granted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being In

The North 10 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point 50 feet due South of the intersection of the Northern and Westem
boundary lines of Block 29, RIVERSIDE FARMS, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 88 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida;
and running from said point in an Easterly direction parallel with the Northern boundary
line of the aforesaid Block, a distance of 147 feet; thence running in a Southerly direction
parallel with the Westem boundary line of aforesaid Block, a distance of 50 feet; thence
running in a Westerly direction parallel with the Northern boundary line of the aforesaid
Block, a distance of 147 feet; thence running in a Northerly direction along the Western
boundary line of the aforesaid Block, a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning.
