Municipal Corporation, P. O. Box 330708, Coconut Grove Station, Miami, 33233-0708, of the
County of Miami -Dade, in the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and In consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR (S1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, Tying and being in the County of

according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 53, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
The East 12.5 feet of said Lot 6;
and
That part of said Lot 6 lying West of the City of Miami, Florida, base building line along the
East side of NW 2 Avenue, said base building line being 15.00 feet East of and parallel with
the centerline of NW 2 Avenue and also being 8.76 feet East of the Southwest corner and
