County of Miami -Dade, in the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR (51.00) and other good and valuable considerations to It In hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being In the County of
Miami -Dade and State of Florida, to wit:

Those portions of Lot 5, SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 17, ERICKSONS SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 93, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
The West 10 feet of said Lot 5;
and
That portion of said Lot 5 lying East of the City of Miami, Florida, base building line along
the West side of NW 2 Avenue, said base building line being 15.00 feet West of and parallel
with the centerline of NW 2 Avenue and also being 10.09 feet West of the Southeast
