THIS INDENTURE, made this l ' day o r A.D., 2003 between
ARMANDO PEREZ, a married man, whose address is 937 NW 24 Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33125, of the
County of Miami -Dade, in the State of Florida, party of the first part, and the CITY OF MIAMI, a Florida
Municipal Corporation, P.O. Box 330708, Coconut Grove Station, Miami, 33233-0708, of the County of
Miami -Dade, In the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to him in hand paid by the party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, granted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in
the County of Miami -Dade and State of Florida, to wit:
See attached EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This corrective warranty deed corrects the legal description of the property described in
the Exhibit 'A" of the Warranty Deeddated May 23, 2002, recorded on August 13, 2002, in
Official Records Book 20588 at Page 4866 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party the first part hereunto sets his hand and seal the day and year
above written.

EXHIBIT "A"
The West 10 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point 50 feet due South of the intersection of the Northern
and Western boundary lines of Block 29, RIVERSIDE FARMS, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 88, of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida; and running from said point in an
Easterly direction parallel with the Northern boundary line of the aforesaid
Block, a distance of 147 feet; thence running in a Southerly direction
parallel with the Westem boundary line of aforesaid Block, a distance of
50 feet; thence running in a Westerly direction parallel with the Northam
boundary line of the aforesaid Block, a distance of 147 feet; thence
running in a Northerly direction along the Westem boundary Tine of the
aforesaid Block, a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel of land containing approximately 500 square feet.
