"URBAN MASS TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION ("UMTA")/OVERTOWN URBAN INITIATIVES
PROJECT," THAT USED BONDED OR CITY TAX INCREMENT FUNDS, OR GOVERNMENT
FUNDS; FURTHER INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PUT IN CHRONOLOGICAL
ORDER AND MEMORIALIZE ALL PARTIES DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTION;
FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY TO WORK WITH THE
SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN RETRIEVING THE DATA RELATED TO THIS REQUEST AND
PROVIDING A REPORT TO THE CITY COMMISSION NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, JULY 13,
2004.
