THREE BUILDINGS CONTAINING 1,073 MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES, 2,500 SQUARE FEET OF
RESTAURANT, 2,500 SQUARE FEET OF MARINE RETAIL, A 130-SLIP
COMMERCIAL MARINA, AND APPROXIMATELY 1,737 TOTAL PARKING
SPACES.
