STREET • MIAMI, FL 33137 • (305) 577-3738 5') ADLLT & CHILD DAYCARE FACILITIES The Facility offers housing and supportive services necessary to maintain a quasi - independent lifestyle. Residents are housed in an adult living facility which provides private living quarters and communal dining in a central area. Each resident has his or her own private room with a shared bathroom and sitting area. All units are wired with an intercom system connecting the occupant to additional support services. A courtyard, protected by a rod iron fence, is provided so residents can sit and enjoy the outside surroundings. Within the facility itself, you will find an assisted residential living environment which includes congregate meals, housekeeping services, and personal assistance services for ambulatory adults. The program provides early childhood development services for children ages 3 to 8 years old. The program is based upon the best practices in the field of childhood development. The children will receive nutritional meals and snacks to further promote healthy physical growth and development. Educational instruction will be given with the objective of helping kids achieve a solid foundation in math and reading skills, increase their level of concentration, and improve their overall self-confidence. THE MARY ELIZABETH ASSISTED LIVING Er DAYCARE TMM is dedicated to providing the essential skills all students need for a lifetime of success. The desire is to give children an opportunity to learn, inspire them to dream big, and reach for the stars. The Adult Daycare Center is a facility that primarily provides social and recreational services. Management Services offers an attractive option to persons sixty-two (62) years of age and older who, with some assistance, can live independently rather rhan face the prospect of being institutionalized. Services provided include, but are not limited to, morning, midday and evening nutrition, recreation, social interaction, dispensing of approved medications, individual case management, personal care and transportation. Every effort will be made to include family, friends and local service agencies in the overall care for the participants.
