HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2004-0862 Monday, April 26, 2004 Mr. Carlos Martell offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD GRANTED THE VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 908.9, WATERFRONT YARDS (C), WATERFRONT YARD AREAS, TO ALLOW A WATERFRONT YARD SETBACK OF 10'0" AVERAGE, REQUIRED 20'0" AVERAGE, AND 10'0" MINIMUM (15'0" MINIMUM REQUIRED) FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 500, 510 AND 520 NORTHEAST 29TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-4 MULTIFAMILY HIGH -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-20 EDGEWATER OVERLAY DISTRICT. THIS VARIANCE WAS GRANTED PER PLANS ON FILE WITH A TIME LIMITATION OF TWELVE MONTHS IN WHICH A BUILDING PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED.
