HomeMy WebLinkAboutVariance ZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2004-0870 Monday, May 10, 2004 Mr. Juvenal Pina offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE VARIANCES AS PART OF A MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE 500 BRICKELL PROJECT, FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 6, SECTION 607.3.2.1, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN NORTH STREET SIDE YARD, TO WAIVE 12.9' (15'0" REQUIRED) AND REQUIRED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN SOUTH STREET SIDE YARD, TO WAIVE 12'9" (15'0" REQUIRED) FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 550 BRICKELL AVENUE, 41, 47, 51, 57, 59 AND 65 SOUTHEAST 6TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED SD-5 BRICKELL AVENUE AREA RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE DISTRICT AND SD-7 CENTRAL BRICKELL RAPID TRANSIT COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. THESE VARIANCES WERE RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION PER PLANS ON FILE WITH A TIME LIMITATION OF TWENTY-FOUR MONTHS IN WHICH A BUILDING PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT: THIS APPROVAL SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ALL ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER OF THE MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT.
