Exhibition Authority (MSEA) and the City of Miami and MSEA and the
Flagler Development Company (File No. 04-00645)
The attached Quit Claim Deeds are substitute attachments for agenda item RE.3
of the June 24, 2004 City Commission meeting.
The original attachments were submitted prior to my execution of the documents.
The attachments have been executed by me, and represents the only change.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED is made as of the day of , 2004, between
Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority, whose address is
(the "Grantor"), and The City of Miami, a
Florida municipal corporation (the "Grantee"), whose address is 444 S.I. 2nd Avenue,
Miami, Florida 33130.
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to the Grantor in
hand paid by the Grantee and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit -claim to the Grantee and the
Grantee's successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
Grantor has in and to the following described land situate, lying and being in Miami -Dade
County, Florida, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever, either in law or equity, of the Grantor in and to the same, to the only proper use,
benefit and behalf of the Grantee and the Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
