Authorizing the City Manager to accept a Quit Claim Deed from CRA
(File No. 04-00643)
The attached proposed resolution authorizes the City Manager to accept a quit
claim deed from the CRA and to re -execute a quit claim deed for those portions of land
described therein.
As you may know, on May 19, 1988, the City Commission passed and adopted
Resolution No. 88-471 whereby the City by Quit Claim Deed ("Deed") dedicated the
land described therein to Gran Central Corporation. The Deed was never recorded in the
public records, The attached resolution is to cure any and all defects in title.
