Comments: Acceptance of state funding requires specific staff to client ratios. In order to obtain maximum
reimbursement. some positions funded through the general fund perform duties for the state program. Since the
amount of the award is an estimate, it may not be sufficient to cover all staff currently funded through the state
contract.
