waive 50 of the required 58 parking spaces (legal nonconforming parking credit, 8
spaces) and Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations, maximum allowed
building footprint, to allow a maximum building footprint of 4,217 square feet (3,334
maximum allowed).
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will reverse the Zoning Board decision and deny the
variances.
