' The Total Jobs shalt be multiplied by the fixed percentages provided above. Total Jobs each reporting period shall be based upon
actual jobs created and reported in arrears. Total Jobs is the cumulative total of all jobs created at the Project including, but not limited
to, all positions vacated involuntarily end positions vacated due to resignations.
2 75% is the total of Training & Hiring activates based on stated assumptions above and is considered minimum performance.
Below an annual performance of 75% requires corrective action. Based upon monthly reporting results if prevailing economic
conditions warrant, minimum may be lowered with City Manager's concurrence.
4 95% is target performance. Percentage points over 95% can be accumulated and applied to future years. By way of example,
if Flagstone's Total Performance in year 1 is 100% and in year 2 is 70%, the accumulated 5% in year 1 can be applied
to year 2 for a performance level of 75% in year 2, thereby not requiring corrective action.
