HomeMy WebLinkAboutpublic noticeCITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on May 6, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of authorizing the City Manager to execute a Grant of Perpetual Non-exclusive Easement ("Easement"), in substantially the attached form, with the State of Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") for the use of a City -owned strip of land 15 feet wide located adjacent to Biscayne Boulevard between N.E. 8th Street and 9th Street, Miami, Florida, for the sole purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainage system; with the terms and conditions as more particularly set forth in said Easement. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this matter. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding at (305) 250-5360.
