Designation of Three
Properties in the Allapattah
Area to ABDA

Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City
Commission on May 6, 2004 for the purpose of declaring surplus three (3) parcels of
City -owned real property and conveying same to Allapattah Business Development
Authority, Inc., a Not -For -Profit Corporation ("ABDA"). ABDA will undertake the
development of three (3) new twin homes, affordable to very low, low and/or moderate -
income families and/or individuals. This item further authorizes the City Manager to
execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with ABDA and to consummate the transaction
in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City
Commission.
