Date: June 14, 2004 Source of Funds: Capital Improvement Account No. 352216. Minority Representation: 13 Contractors picked up specs (3 Hispanic, 3 Black, 0 Female) 4 Contractors submitted bid (4 Hispanic, 0 Black, 0 Female) Public Hearings/Notices: No Discussion: The Department of Public Works has evaluated the bids received on January 27, 2004, and determined that the lowest responsible and responsive bid, in the amount of $850,650, is from T. J. Pavement Corporation, a Hispanic -Minority controlled Corporation. Funds are available to cover the contract cost, and for such incidental items as postage, blueprinting, advertising, reproduction costs, testing, etc. �ISCALIMPACT: $955,420 - BUDGETED ITEM ACSISNG/FM/EE/ee
