Henney, President, for uRIVERVIEW STORMWATER PUMP STATION UPGRADES (3RD BIDDING, ROOF), B-5650A, received on March 2, 2004 in the amount of $105,326 Total Bid; authorizing the City Manager to enter Into a contract on behalf of the City. WORK HISTORY: • MODIFICATIONS TO RIVERVIEW STORMSEWER PUMP STATION, B-5625 • KIRK MUNROE TENNIS CENTER FACILITY, B-6302 BACKGROUND: Amount of Total Bid: $ 105,326 % of Cost Estimate: 105.4% Uoarades. Cost Estimate: $ 100,000 Construction Time: 100 Working Days Estimated N.T.P. Date: JUNE 1, 2004 Source of Funds: Capital Improvement Account No. 352216. Minority Representation: 11 Contractors picked up specs (3 Hispanic, 1 Black, 1 Female) 1 Contractors submitted bid (0 Hispanic, 1 Black, 0 Female) Public Hearings/Notices: No Discussion: The Department of Public Works has evaluated the bids received on March 2, 2004, and determined that the lowest responsible and responsive bid, in the amount of $105,326 is from August Construction Company, Inc. a Black -Minority controlled Corporation.
