INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, each to serve a term expiring January 12, 2005, or until the nominating
