$36,786.62 from Miami -Dade County Office of Americans with Disabilities Act Coordination 2002-03 Grant Fund,
and authorizing the City Manager to accept said grant award and to execute the necessary documents. The grant will
be used to fund a summer camp for disabled persons as well as towards the purchase of a wheelchair -accessible bus.

Comments: Acceptance of grant requires dollar -for -dollar matching funds from the City of Miami General Fund.
For Fiscal Year 2004, the Programs for Persons with Disabilities Division general fund allocation is $307,729.
Also, the wheelchair -accessible bus will be maintained by the Fleet Management Section of the City of Miami
Department of Municipal Services.
