After a review of the various scopes of service for existing program management assignments by the Department of Capital Improvements, the administration recommends an increase of $1 million to the existing contract, raising the value of the previous award to an amount not to exceed $2 mullion. funding for the requested increase is available in CIP Project Account Number 341330. l3nc��[zouNn: On January 8, 2004, the City Commission adopted Resolution 04-0010 approving the procurement of professional consulting services for management skills from HDR Engineering Inc: These services were purchased utilizing an existing State of Florida Contract No. 973-001-00-1, Pursuant to the Resolution, the administration was allowed to purchase said services in an amount not to exceed $1 million. In recognition of the fact that municipal capital programs are cyclical by nature and that adding City staff is not in the Long --term interests of the City, the administration is requesting an increase to the contract of HDR Engineering, Inc, to advance the delivery of the City's $568 million Capital Improvements Plan.
