TOWERS WHICH CONSIST OF 870 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES, 65,549 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL
SPACE, AND APPROXIMATELY 1,146 TOTAL PARKING SPACES.
