A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL BY ANTHONY J. O'DONNELL, JR., ESQUIRE ON
BEHALF OF THE TOWER RESIDENCES CONDO ASSOCIATION, JEFF STEWART AND
RESIDENTS OF THE RITZ CARLTON CONDOMINIUM, AND UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF
THE PLANNING AND ZONING DIRECTOR OF THE CLASS II SPECIAL PERMIT NO. 03-0009,
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING DIRECTOR ON
SEPTEMBER 11, 2003, FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A TOWER AT THE GRAND BAY
HOTEL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2675 SOUTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS
OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED 0 OFFICE AND SD-17 SOUTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE OVERLAY DISTRICT.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Miguel Gabela,
the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote:
