ATTORNEY FOR JEFF STEWART & RITZ RESIDENTS RE: INCOMPLETE AND INCORRECT FILINGS ON CLASS II PERMIT NO. 03-0009 — TOWER AT GRAND BAY (ZONING BOARD APPEAL) DATE; OCTOBER 17, 2003 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE "F.A.R. ANALYSIS" FOR THE GRAND BAY HOTEL IN THE ABOVE FILE IS NEITHER CLEAR NOR CORRECT. PLEASE HAVE THE APPLICANT CLARIFY THE FLOOR AREAS FOR THE MEZZANINE/POOL/RESTAURANT AND FOR THE 3D FLOOR OFFICES/MEETING ROOMS AND HOTEL ROOMS AND FOR THE PENTHOUSE BALLROOM — LOUNGE. The entries appear to have been jumbled from the first filing in January to the latest filing on September 3, 2003. It is unclear how the Zoning Administrator or the Director could have checked these computations prior to approving the permit, but the columns seem to have been misaligned. Also, my clients have requested the FULL SIZED PLANS ON FILE and the Official ZONING USE DETERMINATIONS reportedly held by Ms. Lourdes Slazik. I have not been advised as to when these will be made available although that is expressly required by the Zoning Ordinance.
