A Resolution authorizing an increase in the contract with Motorola, Inc., the sole source provider,
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02-1167, adopted October 29, 2002, for the acquisition of eighty (80)
Motorola XTS 5000 portable radios with accessories in an amount not to exceed $279,256, thereby
increasing the second contract year amount for the Department of Fire -Rescue from $334,974.60 to
$614,230.60 and the total contract amount from $845,846.10 to $1,125,102.10.
