Re: Letter of Termination/Bid Contract No. 00-01-44 (Office Supplies)
Dear Mr. de Diego:
Pursuant to Section 2.48 and 2.48.1, Termination, the City of Miami reserves the right to
terminate the contract by written notice to the contractor effective the date specified in
the notice when it is in breach of any of the terms and conditions of the contract.
The City of Miami has found Ideal Office Products to be in breach of Section, 3.10,
Delivery, whereby you have failed to perform deliveries within 24 hours after the order is
placed by fax, telephone, or electronically. All records are contained in our files for
public viewing documenting your non-performance.
Therefore, effective today, December 19, 2004, you are hereby given notice that the City
of Miami has terminated the contract between the City of Miami and Ideal Office
Products. You are to immediately cease from delivering office supplies to the City.
