The City of Miami has found Ideal Office Products to be in breach of Section, 3.10, Delivery, whereby you have failed to perform deliveries within 24 hours after the order is placed by fax, telephone, or electronically. All records are contained in our files for public viewing documenting your non-performance. Therefore, effective today, December 19, 2004, you are hereby given notice that the City of Miami has terminated the contract between the City of Miami and Ideal Office Products. You are to immediately cease from delivering office supplies to the City.
