The City of Miami is allocating the sum of $5,000,000 for the current Fiscal Year
(FY 2003-04) from CIP accounts, Special Revenue funds, and/or the operating budgets
of various departments and agencies, as may be adjusted from time to time by the City
Commission in the Annual Appropriations/Capital Improvements Ordinances, or as otherwise
adjusted as permitted by law.
