Thursday, March 11, 2004, 3;00 PM City of Miami Commission Chamber 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with raesanable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any amendments to funding of HUD programa. In addition. the public is advised of the proposed amandment(s) to the funding of the City program(o) Indicated below: I 1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the restructure of the Housing and Commercial Loan Committee. 2. Discussion and proposed resolution approving the City of Miami Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) for the SHIP Program covering the period from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2007. 3. Discussion and proposed resolution approving the revised City of Miami LHAP for the period of July 1, 2001 through .tune 30, 2004. 4. "Discussion and proposed resolution allocating $370,622 of FY'2004-2005 ESO funds to the City of Miami Homeless Program and the Dept. of Community Development for the administration of grant related aativities. 5. 'Discussion and proposed resolutions adopting policies relating to the allocation of CDBG for the activities listed below. The proposed policies are available for review on the 2nd Floor of the Miami Riverside Center, located at 444 SW 2nd Avenue. • Public Servlcea activities - Economic Development activities a.
