properties that are currently zoned R-3 and Generally
bounded by NW 62"d Street to the north, NW 171 Avenue
to the west, NW 12Fh Avenue to the east (including those
properties fronting on 12th Avenue; and NW 58th Street to
the south (excluding all R-2 zoned properties within this
area) from R-3 to SD-1.1 King Heights Orchard Villa
Special District; said property more particularly described
in Exhibit "A". (Complete Legal On File With The Hearing
Boards Division; See "Exhibit A") Miami, Florida.
