Preparation of financial forecasting and budgets for reporting to equity investors, syndicators and lenders. Cooperate with Equity Partners in underwriting proposed developments (upper and lower tier level on equity fund). Also responsible for analysis and allocation of resources, staff development and implementation of policies and procedures. Organized and developed the Asset Management Department.; responsibilities included preparation of quarterly financial reports, LIHTC and other funding sources requirements. Implementation and coordination of tenant services programs. Designed and supervised acquisition of a property management company in order to develop new business opportunities for the corporation (Carib Management).
