HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2003-0789 Monday, November 24, 2003 Mr. Allan Shulman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD DENIED THE VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED YARD, TO ALLOW A FRONT YARD SETBACK OF 5'0" (20'0" REQUIRED) FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1840 MICANOPY AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 4, BLOCK 1, MICANOPY WOOD (102-91), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, SD-18 MINIMUM LOT SIZE DISTRICT AND SD-3 COCONUT GROVE MAJOR STREETS OVERLAY DISTRICT.
