Re: 1840 Micanopy Avenue property
Dear Teresita:
On behalf of the applicant GROVELAND, LLC, I wish to appeal the
decision of the MIAMI ZONING BOARD public hearing held on November
24th for the project located at 1840 Micanopy Avenue, Coconut Grove,
Florida. The applicant is Jose R. Boschetti on behalf of GROVELAND, LLC.
We feet that there are certain circumstances which were not taken into
consideration in regard to the site and the proposed single family
residence. We also feel that the findings and recommendations of the
City of Miami Planning Department, as outlined in the Zoning Fact Sheet,
item #11, were not taken into consideration at the November 24th public
hearing.
Additionally, there was no competent substantial evidence presented at
the hearing that supported their decision.
We respectfully request to appeal the decision of the MIAMI ZONING
BOARD before the City of Miami Commission. Please contact me when the
item is scheduled to be heard.
