Appealing the Zoning Board's
December 15, 2003 decision
related to 3689 Loquat Ave.,
(Item number 2)
Dear Ms. Fernandez:
We would like to appeal the above captioned decision of the City's Zoning
Board to the City of Miami's City Commission.
In the decision, the property's owner was granted a variance reducing his
Douglas Road set back. He requested this so that he could build closer to
Douglas Road (SW 37 Avenue). The owner purchased the property this year
knowing the property's building limitations and he has suffered no hardship.
For these reason, We ask the City Commission to reverse the Zoning
Board's decision.
Sincerely,
Glenn Terry
