ANALYSIS See attached designation report.
RECOMMENDATION
The Preservation Officer recommends that the Board adopt the
attached designation report of the Wolpert Apartments and
approve the historic site designation and amendment to the
Official Historic and Environmental Preservation Atlas of the City
of Miami, Florida, pursuant to Chapter 23 of the Miami City
Code.
