Employment Polley Statement
The policy of our company is to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and
employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or status as a disabled
and/or veteran and to affirmatively seek to advance the principles of equal employment
opportunities. Additionally, our company uses an Affirmative Action Program to ensure that
applicants and employees are not discriminated against because of their status as handicapped
persons,
We affirm that the above policy and the Affirmative Action Program herewith reflect our
company's attitude and its intention to:
1, Recruit, hire, train and promote without regard to handicap condition, sex, age, race.
religion or with any other discriminatory tendencies.
2. Base decisions on employment so as to further the principles of equal employment
opportunity for qualified handicapped persons without regard to sex, age, race,
religion or with any other discriminatory tendencies.
3. Ensure that all personnel actions such as compensation, promotions, benefits,
transfers, terminations training, educational tuition assistance, social and recreational
programs are administered without regard to handicap condition sex, age, race,
religion or with any other discriminatory tendencies.
Our company, in compliance with Rehabilitation Act of 1973, maintains a written Affirmative
Action Program. The Affirmative Action Program is made available to employees, upon request,
anytime during employment.
Overall responsibility for directing and implementing the policy enunciated herein and the
Company's Affirmative Action Program for qualified handicapped persons is assigned to the
company's existing Equal Employment Coordinator.
All personnel actions are analyzed to ensure that the above policies and the Affirmative Action
Program are being properly implemented.
