USE BUILDING, WHICH CONSISTS OF 661,593 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE
SPACE, 29,508 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE, AND A PARKING
GARAGE CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1,260 TOTAL PARKING
SPACES.
