Rates & Schedules
The total project cost will be a lump sum and a not to exceed amount of $150,000. The
project will be billed on a monthly basis based on completed tasks, as detailed in the
Project Progress Reports submitted to the City's Project Manager. Total consultant
services will include all direct expenses, salaries, quality assurance/quality control, and
supervision. A detailed scope of work, including project tasks and project deliverables is
provided in Attachment "A",
Hourly rates are as follows:
Principal In Charge: $100
Project Manager: $90
Senior Planner/Engineer: $110
Project Engineer: $85
Project Planner: $80
Staff Engineer: $75
Staff Planner: $70
Planning Assistant: $50
Support Staff: $40
As stated above, the total project cost will be a lump sum and a not to exceed amount of
$150,000. Estimated hours are attached and task costs are as follows:
