Subject: Overflow Parking NASDAQ 100 Open Tennis Tournament 2004
Dear Ms. Bilberry:
The NASDAQ 100 Open Tennis Tournament is scheduled for March 24, 2004 through
April 4, 2004. Again, we are expecting large crowds and anticipate that Crandon Park
will not be able to handle all of the parking requirements.
As in previous years, we are requesting the use of Virginia Key and the Marine Stadium.
Last year with the cooperation from your office, an agreement was reached and signed by
both the City and the County Manager in exchange of cleaning and preparation.
Tournament Administrator Jose Toledo and Region Manager Tim Byrnes would like to
set up a meeting as soon as possible with your appointed representative. At that time,
they can review the routine groundwork and maintenance needed. The access key is
required at least ten weeks prior to the event. You can reach Mr, Toledo at (305) 365-
2312.
Your assistance in the past has been tremendous help to the success of the tournament
and is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Vivian Donnell RoUriguez
