STREETS BETWEEN NORTHEAST 2" AVENUE AND THE RAILROAD TRACKS, MIAMI, FLORIDA; FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT (1) THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO CONDUCT ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES, (2) THE LITTLE HAITI NET OFFICE TO PERFORM A DETAILED NEIGHBORHOOD AND USE ASSESSMENT (RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND OFFICE) , AND (3) TEE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING TO INITIATE THE LAND DESIGNATION AND ZONING PROCEEDINGS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS OBJECTIVE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO*tISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
