LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER
PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BIDS NO, 00-01--
263R, DATED AUGUST 29, 2001, FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF A SECURED, AIR-CONDITIONED
SELF -STORAGE FACILITY FOR THE STORAGE OF
RECORDS, MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE, ON A CONTRACT
BASIS, FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS, WITH THE
OPTION TO RENEW FOR THREE ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR

Section 1, The bid of A+ Mini Storage, the lowest
responsive and responsible bidder pursuant to Invitation for Bids
No. 00-01--263R, dated August 29, 2001, for the acquisition of a
secured, air-conditioned self -storage facility for the storage of
records, miscellaneous equipment and supplies for the Department
of Police, on a contract basis, for a period of two years, with
the option to renew for three additional ore -year periods, in an
