GRAND AVE (As Appendix A) NCD-2 Existing Mixed Use Cultural
Miami 21 Zoning Code Appendix -A emphasizes the importance of continuity
throughout the main Cultural -commercial corridor of West Grand Avenue in
accordance with the Vision for the West Coconut Grove to help promote the culture of the
community in this short corridor and revitalize the entryway to the main street.
A collective of property owners, architects and developers wish to spearhead
projects in our District that pave the path for residents of this neighborhood to live, work,
and enjoy the Art and historically rich community they live in.
We have proposed a Cultural Rehabilitation/ Living Program to recover and
promote the artistic and cultural heritage of the district, as follow:
