RESOLUTION NO. 0 3— 859
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
WITH ATTACHMENT(S), ACCEPTING THE BID OF
REGOSA ENGINEERING, INC., FOR THE PROJECT
ENTITLED "OLD VIRGINIA KEY BEACH PARK
RENOVATIONS AND REPAIRS, PHASE I, H-3282A,"
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,108,179 FOR CONTRACT
COSTS PLUS $122,660 .FOR ESTIMATED EXPENSES
INCURRED BY THE CITY, FOR A TOTAL COST OF
$1,230,839; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 331416, VIRGINIA
KEY WILDLIFE ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER NO. 333128
AND VIRGINIA KEY BEACH PARK TRUST ACCOUNT
NO. 116004; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT, IN SUBSTANTIALLY
THE ATTACHED FORM, FOR SAID PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section I. The bid of Regoaa Engineering, Inc., for the
project entitled "OLD VIRGINIA KEY BEACH PARK RENOVATIONS AND
REPAIRS, PHASE I, B-3282A" is accepted, in the amount of
$1,108;179, for contract coats
plus $122,660
for estimated
expenses incurred by the City, for a total project cost of
$1,230,839, with funds allocated from Capital Improvements
Project No. 331416, Virginia Key Wildlife Environmental Center
No. 333128 and Virginia Key Beach Park Trust Account No. 116004.

Section 3. The City Manager is authorized to execute
an agreement, ih substantially the attached form, for said
project.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayar.3V

The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with
all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney,
including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable
provisions of the City Charter and Code.
If the Mayor dose not sign this Resolution, it shall become
effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was
passed and adopted. It the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it
shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by
the City Commission_
