THOMPSON CITY CLERK BENEFITS Salary $121,473.66 annual (payable biweekly) 5% increase effective 1/8/04, 5% increase effective 7/7/04, %5 increase effective 7/7/05 Leave Time Vacation Sick Earned Personal Leave Holidays 38 Days/Yr. 12 Days/Yr. (No annual payout) 2 Days/Yr (Each January) (No annual payout) 11 Days/Yr. (At time of separation: payment of all accumulated vacation and sick leave) Insurance Health Life Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Long Term Disability Choice of 2 medical plans: An indemnity/network plan through CIGNA Insurance with deductible, and one HMO Plan through CIGNA Insurance. Enrollment is optional but waiver forms must be completed if declined. In addition, vision benefits with no deductible and dental benefits with no calendar year limit. The City pays 100% of the Family or Single premium,. 2X Annual Salary rounded to the highest $1,000.00. City pays 100% of the premium. 2X Annual Salary rounded to the highest $1,000.00. City pays 100% of the premium. City pays 100% of premium. In case of disability, 60% of monthly salary will be paid, not to exceed $5,000 per month.
