Schmand Executive Director RECOMMENDATION It is respectfully recommended that the Miami City Commission authorize the Executive Director of the Bayfront Park Management Trust (Trust) to execute an amendment to the revocable license agreement between the Trust and Unipro Group, for a Holiday Village in Bayfront Park, authorizing the Executive Director to determine the location of the production coordinating area. BACKGROUND The Bayfront Park Management Trust was created by the Miami City Commission to direct, operate, manage and maintain all aspects of Bayfront Park with the goal of ensuring maximum community involvement. On October 2002, the City Commission, by resolution No. 02-1109, authorized he Trust and Unipro Group (Licensee) to enter into an revocable license agreement for the Licensee to conduct a holiday village theme park. Section five (5) of the Agreement states that the Licensee shall use a portion of Bicentennial Park for its production coordination. The parties agreed to amend the Agreement so that the Trust's Executive Director shall designate the location of the production coordination area currently identified in the Agreement, if such area is to be used by the Licensee. The Trust by Resolution No. 03-0347 adopted on July 28, 2003, authorized the Executive Director to execute this Amendment, authorizing the Executive Director to determine the location of the production coordinating area.
