FLORIDA, AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN
THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI
AND CBI CAPITAL HOLDINGS, A FLORI-
DA CORPORATION, ATTACHED HERE-
TO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, IN
CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOP-
MENT OF LITTLE HAITI PARK, FOR A
TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF $411,000
AND TO CONSUMMATE SAID TRANS-
ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
TERMS OF SAID PURCHASE AND SALE
AGREEMENT; FURTHER ALLOCATING

All interested persons are invited to appear and
may be heard concerning such proposed acqui-
sition. Should any person desire to appeal any
decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this hearing, that per-
son shall ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, including all testimony
and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based.
