1) Resolution requesting that de -obligated CDBG funds be re -used on a priority basis to fund the ongoing activities of the
Little Havana Home Ownership Advisory Board.
2) Resolution approving a change order of up to $100,000 for the Domino Park Expansion (15th Avenue Plaza) project to
fund the demolition of a vacant house behind the Tower Theater and the creation of a landscaped, dozen -space public
parking lot in its place.
